Far too often, families are in a situation in which they cannot afford the burial that they know their loved ones would have wanted—the burials that they deserve. There are a wide variety of factors that could be the cause of this: no burial insurance, no life insurance premium because of illness, low income, etc. It is a heart breaking fact, but it happens every day, all around the world.

We here at Caring in Time of Sorrow are a South Carolina nonprofit organization, and we simply want to help. We believe that everyone should have the right to bury their loved ones properly and without the added worry financial strain.
When a loved one passes on, we will send flowers, food, and a sympathy card to the immediate family member. Trained and licensed grief counselors and follow-up counselors are also provided to the family members to help them cope, with special camps and counselors offered for children who have lost a parent. We believe that nobody should be alone or scared in this tremendous time of difficulty.
